Jodie Solomons is the Calf Manager at Donovans Dairy

Jodie has been feeding calves at Donovan’s for 3yrs and has been the Calf Manager for the last 12months.

At Donovan’s Dairy they have 2 calving’s per year in Autumn and Spring, they have I rear 1000 replacement heifers each year plus 100 or so Bulls.

Since Jodie took over as Calf Manager she has been trying new things with the way they rear the calves and Jodie started using Multimin last calving to improve immunity, optimize growth development and the overall health at birth.

Jodie also uses Multimin again 1 week before weaning/vaccinating calves (3-4months old) so they are a lot calmer during the whole weaning/weighing process.
