Ange and husband Tom, along with children Rose (2 years) and Lillian (10 months) run and manage “Hicks Running Creek”, a 300 cow self-replacing Hereford herd located in North-east Victoria.

The herd is EU accredited, 100% grass-fed and is in the process of gaining a Never-ever accreditation through the Greenhams program.

Ange is aiming to increase the Hicks Running Creek herd size up to 500 cows over the next 10 years by improving fertility and increasing the number of heifers retained each year.

Ange has used Multimin before, mainly in the weaner steers, however through taking part in the Multimin Performance Ready Challenge, she aims to analyse its effect on improving calving percentage, decreasing post-partum disease and improving conception rates in her cows aged 2 years and older.
